My wife and I loved being there. Very good service, though a few employees were very rude. I asked for double room and it was spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had marvellous views

While the garden location is pleasant, there are a few eyesores scattered around that seem out of place. the restaurant in the Asian style also doesn't align with the aesthetic of the property. while the room was decent, the bathroom could use some improvements. Sadly, the service felt lacking, with breakfast being particularly disappointing. Finally, while there were some amenities available, they seemed to be lacking in quality.
Some staff members seemed unprepared to answer questions or assist patrons.

The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by breathtaking views and beautiful gardens. the attention to detail in the rooms is exceptional, with spacious accommodations and luxurious amenities. the service provided by the staff is top-notch, making guests feel special and taken care of. the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, catering to different tastes and preferences. the hotel provides a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The view from the pool could be improved as it overlooks a parking lot, which takes away from the overall ambiance.

The Easter weekend was a perfect time to stay at this hotel with magnificent gardens and stunning historic architecture. The spa area and pool were outstanding and the restaurants had exceptional food. The hotel offered great wine tasting events, which was a highlight of our stay. The comfortable beds and the breathtaking views were unforgettable experiences.
The room had a bad smell and was cramped, and there was not much space for luggage. The hotel’s service did not meet our expectations, and there were too many events that distracted us from our relaxation and tranquility.
